Early Life

Ariana Grande began singing and performing at an early age. Her breakthrough came in 2008 when she was 15 years old and earned the part of Charlotte in the Broadway musical '13.'

Grande had her breakthrough in the Nickelodeon sitcom 'Victorious,' where she played Cat Valentine, a goofy ambitious singer-actress. Despite being preoccupied with the program, Grande pursued a musical career, making her debut performance on a record with the Victorious soundtrack "Give it Up." Her voice caught the interest of Monte Lipman, and she soon signed a contract with the record label. Her first single, "Put Your Hearts Up," was released in late 2011.

Debut Album Released In 2013

In 2013, Grande released her first debut album, “Yours Truly.” Within a month, the album had secured a place at the top of the Billboard 200 chart in the United States. The album's lead single, "The Way," peaked at number ten on the Billboard Hot 100.

Problem in 2014

Ariana Grande's first chart success came in 2014 with the single “Problem.” The song made its way to Billboard's Hot 100 chart, debuting at No. 3. In summer, Grande collaborated with Nicki Minaj and Jessie J, releasing the hit single "Bang Bang." The track also secured a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, rising from No. 6 to 3.

Another popular track from the album was "One Last Time," which peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States. The song appears on her second album, “My Everything.”

Dangerous Woman in 2016

Grande released her third album “Dangerous Woman” in February 2016. The title single debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 in March of that year.

Sweetener in 2018

“Sweetener,” Ariana Grande's fourth studio album, debuted at No. 1 in the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as many other countries across the world.

The album’s overall popularity resulted in her first Grammy Award in February 2019 for Best Pop Vocal Album.

Thank U, Next in 2018-2019

“Thank U, Next,” Grande's fifth album, was soon recorded once she returned to the studio. Early November 2018 saw the release of the title single, and another chart-topper, "7 Rings", was released in January 2019.

Positions in 2020

Ariana's sixth studio album, “Positions,” was released in 2020. In May, she co-wrote "Stuck With U" with Justin Bieber, which went to number one on the Billboard Hot 100, before joining Lady Gaga for "Rain on Me" later that month.
